NEVER use glue or adhesive to hem blouses or trousers, or to attach tapes, flashes or other elements to uniforms.
The only acceptable way is sewing.

NWU Type III (Navy Working Uniform Type III)

Provided by division - trousers, blouse, cover, rank insignia (if applicable), belt, USNSCC/USNLCC tape, NSCC/NLCC flashes, blousing straps
Provided by cadet - name tape, black socks, boots, coyote brown undershirt
