Let us know you are interested by going to the Sea Cadets website, find Rochester CA-124 Division on the unit locator, and click the Request Info button.
Then…
You’ll be contacted by the Commanding Officer or Recruiting Officer to arrange a visit with your parents or guardians to see the unit in action and ask all your questions!
If you like what you see and hear…
Complete the online application, including a required physical and other supporting documentation.
And lastly…
Select one of our INDOC days to receive your gear, meet your shipmates, and participate in your first drill.
One parent/guardian will need to accompany you for a brief parent orientation. If all your paperwork is in order, the parent orientation should take less than one hour.
You’ll need to bring:
Unit enrollment fee of $100 (Cash or check made payable to USNSCC Rochester CA-124)
$40 to purchase PT Gear
On your first day, you should wear:
Long pants - jeans or black. No shorts.
Coyote brown or white plain-colored t-shirt. No patterns or logos.
Black or white crew socks
Athletic shoes
No jewelry or hats
